Together in the water,
You and me shared laughter,
Shared warmth, I was your shelter,
You were mine, we were one together.

In the darkness of the pitiless night,
Faint rays of distant light tells us it was alright,
Feeling of togetherness, having not a sense of sight,
Roaring thunders did not bring the least bit of fright,

Pouring rain washing off the soring salt,
In my arms your body comes to a halt,
Your scent brings me waves of jolt,
And i become your lover in a moment they say "fault".

We swing to the hymn of the rain,
Dancing like a branch adorned by a vine,
Intertwining like the rings of a chain,
You lean to me and I take you for all mine,

We lived a lifetime in a moment in the rain,
Not remembering an instance of distance or pain,
And we lied on the beach breathing in coldness of wind so fine,
And we closed our eyes praying this night may happen once again!
